FISA supports the members of the Syndicat des fonctionnaires municipaux de Qu\u00e9bec – FISA.<\/span><\/p>\n

SFMQ workers make a difference for the citizens of Quebec City. It’s important to do what’s necessary to keep them employed!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SFMQ members have launched a pressure tactics campaign to impress upon the City the importance of taking the negotiation process seriously. Members are invited to use the wallpaper (image above) during their virtual meeting and to insert an electronic signature conveying the following messages:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cCivil servants without employment contracts\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEspadrilles are designed to propel you forward, not backward.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAttracting new employees is great, but retaining existing ones is even better.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Member mobilization is crucial to the negotiation process.<\/span><\/p>\n

La FISA soutient les membres du Syndicat des fonctionnaires municipaux de Qu\u00e9bec\u00a0 - FISA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les travailleuses et les travailleurs du SFMQ font la diff\u00e9rence pour les citoyens de la Ville de Qu\u00e9bec. Il importe de faire le n\u00e9cessaire pour les garder \u00e0 l'emploi!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les membres du SFMQ ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 une campagne de moyens de pression pour signifier \u00e0 la Ville l'importance de prendre au s\u00e9rieux le processus de n\u00e9gociation. Les membres sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 utiliser le fond d'\u00e9cran (image ci-dessus) lors de leur rencontre virtuelle et \u00e0 ins\u00e9rer une signature \u00e9lectronique v\u00e9hiculant les messages suivants : <\/p>\n\n\n\n
