This week, members of the Association des employ\u00e9s de secteurs financiers (AESF) – FISA won a first victory in the protection of their working conditions!<\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, we have obtained an order temporarily halting Desjardins’ efforts to modify teleworking unilaterally! ?<\/span><\/p>\n

We wanted to prevent resignations and sick leave due to major changes in our members’ working conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our members adapt their personal lives to their working conditions, and we have to take this into account! It’s important!<\/span><\/p>\n
