Les 107 sauveteurs et moniteurs du centre sportif de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval ont tenu une journ\u00e9e de d\u00e9brayage samedi. Un moyen de pression pour am\u00e9liorer leurs conditions de travail, en particulier leurs salaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aucune vague ni baigneur en vue \u00e0 la piscine du PEPS samedi matin. Tous les cours et bains libres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9s, en raison de la gr\u00e8ve d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par les membres de l\u2019Association des sauveteurs et des moniteurs du PEPS de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval, affili\u00e9e \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration ind\u00e9pendante des syndicats autonomes (FISA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 3 avril dernier, les membres pr\u00e9sents ont vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l'unanimit\u00e9 en faveur d\u2019un mandat de gr\u00e8ve. Les gr\u00e9vistes se sont tenus \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e du complexe sportif, munis de pancartes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s le pr\u00e9sident du syndicat, Micka\u00ebl Carrier, la question des salaires est celle qui suscite le plus de m\u00e9contentement aupr\u00e8s des membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
