SFMQ workers make a difference for the citizens of Quebec City. It’s important to do what’s necessary to keep them employed!
SFMQ members have launched a pressure tactics campaign to impress upon the City the importance of taking the negotiation process seriously. Members are invited to use the wallpaper (image above) during their virtual meeting and to insert an electronic signature conveying the following messages:
“Civil servants without employment contracts”.
“Espadrilles are designed to propel you forward, not backward.”
“Attracting new employees is great, but retaining existing ones is even better.”
Member mobilization is crucial to the negotiation process.
