— Joining a union

We’re here to improve your working conditions

There’s always room for improvement

By joining forces with your colleagues and a union federation like FISA, you can be sure of doing everything in your power to ensure good working conditions. You will be supported by experts who will represent you before your employer and the various courts. Membership of an independent union guarantees compliance with your employment contract and the Labor Code.

Need to negotiate your wages, vacations, vacations (and much more!)? Call on a professional who keeps abreast of changes in your rights and collective bargaining opportunities on a daily basis. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend training courses, benefit from a union organizing service, and be covered by a solidarity fund in the event of a strike.

In short, by joining forces with your colleagues and the FISA, you’re taking the first step towards improving your workplace and your job.
